Weekly yoga lessons with a different theme/class plan, I like to change the class to keep it interesting and a little bit challenging. I also like to experiments and get a bit of feedback so I know what works and what doesn`t. In the yoga class we might work with a particular group of postures or a specific limitation, for example tight calves, or with a balanced class so we move forwards, backwards etc or the yoga class might have a theme such as Christmas or New Year. The yoga class structure remains the same week to week: to let go of the day we start with supine pranayama then move through warming up movements, the main theme followed by the closing out the asana portion of the class and finally relaxation.
